Women & Confidence
A woman I worked with wanted to start dating again, but was afraid to post her photos online. After her last photo shoot, she was unhappy with the photos and uncomfortable with herself.

Over the phone, she explained why she was so nervous about the photo shoot, and I could hear and feel her fear. I reassured her that this was a common feeling. We discussed ways to ease her anxiety, such as choosing a comfortable setting and focusing on her strengths. She eventually became more confident and ready to move forward.
Self-perception plays a critical role in dating because it influences how we present ourselves to potential partners. When we embrace and love who we are, we project confidence and positivity, making it easier to connect with others. By nurturing self-love, we enhance our own well-being but also attract partners who appreciate and resonate with our authentic selves.
Upon meeting her, everything I had known was confirmed. She was beautiful on the outside and we combined it with her beauty on the inside. I gave her self-love mantras to chant in her mind as she walked and posed. I had her hold the vibration of worthiness and enoughness, and then I captured it all on my camera.
We laughed and had a good time. After I showed her the photos, she loved them. Confidence and beauty radiated from her self-love. The next weekend, she posted her updated vibration on dating apps in the evening and woke up to 450 likes.
But the most significant part is that she liked herself.
